Billing policy

Billing, refund, and support language for Primitive402 x402 paid-route users.

What is billable

  • HTTP 402 Payment Required challenges are not charged.
  • Successful paid 2xx tool responses are billable.
  • Low-confidence HTTP 200 responses may still be billable because they are valid structured analysis outputs.
  • Validation errors, unsafe URL blocks, rate limits, server errors, and failed executions are not counted as successful paid calls.

Refunds and support

The current beta does not attempt automatic refunds. Billing issues are reviewed manually.

When contacting support about a billing issue, include the route, timestamp, request id if available, transaction hash, payer wallet, and response status.

Never send private keys, seed phrases, admin tokens, API keys, CDP credentials, or other secrets in support requests.

Launch mode

The current public beta billing mode is testnet. Production/mainnet billing is not enabled unless production x402 metadata shows eip155:8453 and a production paid test succeeds.
